Nightmare on Elm Street Remake: First Photo

The new Nightmare on Elm Street may just be one remake you can get excited about.

Actor Jackie Earle Haley will be reviving the role of one of our favorite movie villains, Freddy Krueger.  The photo below gives us a sneak peek at what the “new” Freddy Krueger will look like.

This teaser photo lacks detail, but it’s almost better that way.  What do you think?  The Nightmare on Elm Street Remake hits theaters on April 16, 2010.
