Bus Monitor Karen Huff KleinBullying is something that just shouldn’t be tolerated, regardless of the age of the victim.

Watch as bus monitor Karen Huff Klein is verbally bullied by school kids from Greece Athena Middle School in Rochester, New York, resulting in her crying in despair. The bullying includes physical threats, sexual threats, threats to ransack her home, and cruel comments about her weight and dead mother.

UPDATE: All 4 students have been suspended for one year

UPDATE 2: Klein has received over $700,000 as part of a fundraiser

One comment was especially painful to Karen. He told her that she doesn’t have family because “they all killed themselves because they didn’t want to be near you.”

Klein’s oldest son committed suicide 10 years ago.

Klein described her bullies as “regular, normal kids” and “one on one, they’re OK.”

“Just don’t get a bunch of them together. That’s when the trouble starts,” she said.

This appalling video led to an outpouring of support and even a fundraiser by an international crowd funding site that had generated over $100,000 by early Thursday.

“Let’s give Karen a vacation of a lifetime. Let’s show her the power of the internets and how kind and generous people can be,” the organizer said.

The school district now says its own bullying team and the local police are investigating the matter.

“We have discovered other similar videos on YouTube and are working to identify all of the students involved,” the school district said in a prepared statement.

There is simply no excuse for the horrendous bullying Klein endures in this video, which last for about 10 minutes.  Every single one of these kids should be expelled at the very least!
