NEW: Adwords Display Ad Builder

Just when the rest of the world seems to think that display ads are dead, Google surprises us.  Maybe those MySpace ads are catchier than I thought.

Today, Google Adwords unveils the Adwords Display Ad Builder.

This new tool allows you to create customized display ads featuring your own text, images, and logos.  You can also change colors and backgrounds.  Google will even let you create the ad in different sizes. You won’t necessarily have the most elegant ads in the world, but you’ll get to play around, which is much more fun anyway.
