Today is the deadline to move all of your FeedBurner feeds over to Google. We've already done it here at Blippitt and it's really very easy.
Will your old feeds still work if you don't move them? The jury seems to be out on that one. To be safe, go with the Feedburner to Google FAQ:
“It is our intent to keep backward compatibility with your feed address as long as this service exists.”
The real issue seems to lie getting your account updated. According to the FAQ, you need to update your account or else:
“…you will no longer be able to access your account at http://www.feedburner.com, and your feeds will either begin returning a “404 Not Found” response or a “301 Moved” response back to your source feed.”
Not good. Get moving.
