What exactly is the Montauk Monster? No one seems to know for sure. What we DO know is that footage of the beast has been lighting up the YouTube charts.
You see, three women, while on an outing to the beach, saw a dead animal on the shore which seems totally alien and is unlike any other animal. So different was this thing that it had never been seen or documented before.
Now Animal Planet is going to cover this mysterious beast at 8:00 p.m tonight on Animal Planet’s Top Ten Animal Stories of 2008.
The Montauk Monster is going to be featured 4th on tonight’s show.
Experts are saying this creature could be a raccoon or a dog that got malformed by being in water for so long…yeah right. Others say it’s a turtle without its shell. Could this be another Bigfoot-like hoax? Who knows.
The ladies who discovered it are Jenna Hewitt, Rachel Goldberg, and Courtney Fruin, all from the city of Montauk.
