Valerie Begue was crowned Miss France in early May, but critics are now calling for her to be ousted. Leading the movement is Genevieve de Fontenay, chairperson of the Miss France committee:
“If she had some courage and a bit of dignity she would say ‘I’m resigning because I’m not worthy to carry on as Miss France.”
