Miley Cyrus is making waves this afternoon, after a video of her smoking a legal substance out of a bong has been leaked online.
Just days after her 18th birthday, the Hannah Montana starlet has been caught on film smoking salvia, a substance which is legal in California.
UPDATE: Daddy Billy Ray Cyrus has chimed in about the video on Twitter
Salvia divinorum (also known as Diviner’s Sage) is a psychoactive plant which can induce dissociative effects.
“I’m having a little bit of a bad trip,” Cyrus says before lying down. She then questions a male at the party and asks if he’s her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.
“Oh my God, he looks like so much like Liam,” she says, before laughing uncontrollably. “Is that me tripping? He doesn’t look like Liam at all?”
With her parents going through a divorce, let’s hope this isn’t the beginning of a downward spiral for Miley Cyrus. Video below.
