Suspended NFL star Michael Vick was released from a Kansas prison in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. From there, Vick will finish serving his 23-month sentence while confined to his home in Virginia.
28-year-old Michael Vick managed to slip by cameras and reporters undetected while leaving a federal penitentiary having served nineteen months for his participation participating in a dog-fighting scandal.
Vick’s fiance, Kijafa Frink, accompanied him as he left prison. Frink is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has two children with Vick.
Michael Vick is set to be released from custody on July 20.
