Michael Lohan Busted (MUGSHOT)

Lindsay Lohan's dad, Michael Lohan, is back in jail. This time it was related to a phone call he made to his ex-girlfriend.

According to police, Michael was arrested in New York on Monday after phoning his ex, Erin Muller, who happens to have a restraining order against him.

Lohan has been charged with criminal contempt of court due to the fact that she has an order of protection against him prohibiting Michael from "trying to communicate by phone."

Michael was taken into custody in April after he allegedly threatened to kill himself and Muller after she had tried to break up with him earlier this year.
