The L.A. County Coroner’s office has concluded that Michael Jackson’s death was indeed a homicide, according to the search warrant affidavit for his body.
Preliminary toxicology results from the coroner indicate that the King of Pop’s June 25th death was the result of “lethal levels” of the anesthetic propofol in his body, according to the warrant affidavit that was unsealed on Monday as part of the continuing investigation into the Michael Jackson’s death.

Additionally, an Associated Press story quotes an unnamed law-enforcement officer as saying that the coroner’s office had officially concluded that M.J.’s death was a homicide. The official homicide definition is generally defined as “death at the hands of another,” although it doesn’t always constitute a crime.
Things now look grim for the Gloved One’s doctor, Conrad Murray, who had been giving Jackson 50 milligrams of the drug every night for about six weeks via an IV.
