Dr. Conrad Murray has apparently canceled a scheduled interview with the Los Angeles Police Department.
The police are now officially classifying Michael Jackson's death as a homicide, as we reported earlier. Police detectives were scheduled to meet with Dr. Murray, who may have given Jackson his final, lethal dose of Propofol. This would have been their third meeting with Murray. They previously met on the day of Jackson's death and then again two days later.
This time, however, Dr. Murray's attorney got in touch with detectives and told them that he would be speaking to police until further notice.
The police then called the lawyer back and were referred to the lawyer's attorney (yes, you read that correctly) who informed them that the lawyer would not be speaking to police either.
