michael jackson conrad murraySome shocking audio has just been presented at the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson‘s doctor at the time of his death.

The tape is from May 2009 and on it, you can hear the pop icon slurring his words and talking about his upcoming shows.

Prosecutor David Walgren told jurors the audio was retrieved from Dr. Murray’s iPhone. Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

On the tape, Jackson’s voice was almost unrecognizable. He was speaking slowly and Walgren described the singer as highly under the influence during the conversation.

It was the first time the audio was released to the public.

Walgren used the audio tape to prove his point that Dr. Murray should have known better than to continue giving Jackson propofol, which was listed as a cause of Jackson’s death.
