WWE broadcaster and announcer Michael Cole appeared on Fox & Friends on Fox News this morning to discuss that scary, on-air Jerry Lawler heart attack.
In the interview, Cole states that he instinctively jumped up and hit his mute button when he saw what was happening and called for the doctors.
He adds that Lawler passed all of the WWE medical testing requirements and noted that he wrestles 100 to 150 times per year.
As of right now, it looks like Lawler didn’t suffer any permanent brain damage from the incident, despite needing to be shocked 7 times before he began to respond.
