Sad news from the world of Christian music this afternoon.
The Dallas Christian band MercyMe‘s tour bus was struck by a vehicle today in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
None of the band members were hurt but a male and female passenger in the vehicle were killed. The driver of the car, a pregnant female, has been transported to the hospital.
The identities of the two victims have not been released. The Fort Wayne and Allen County FACT team, Allen County Prosecutor and Allen County Coroner’s office are assisting the Fort Wayne Police department with the investigation.
The band has canceled a concert at Six Flags St. Louis which was scheduled for today.
