Wow, it’s a living, breathing emoticon. 
Mary Elizabeth Torres, a mom in Ohio, was arrested for driving with an alcohol level three times over the legal limit. To make matters worse, she had her 3-year-old son, 6-year-old son and her 6-year-old niece in the car and none of them were wearing seat belts.
The police report states, “Torres practically fell to the ground when officers asked her to step out of the vehicle. She admitted to downing four shots a half an hour before getting behind the wheel with the children in her care.”
She’s obviously very sorry, as evidence by the mugshots above…lol.
