Martin Shubrook Heidi Shubrook

Ah, your wedding day.  It’s supposed to be one of the most joyous days of your life.  The friends, the flowers, the memories, the photos, the video…well, at least the photos.

Martin Shubrook and his wife Heidi Shubrook recently sued videographer Clayton Bennett over what may possibly be the worst wedding video ever.

Upon viewing their “wedding video”, the Shubrooks found that most of their precious moments had been missed.  There was no footage of them signing their license, no video of them stepping out of the church, and no video of them cutting the cake.

What they did get was footage of the backs of several heads and lots and lots of grass.

It seems that Bennett had left the camera unattended for most of the day, and when someone finally went off to try and find him, they found him…filming another wedding.

Martin & Heidi Shubrook won their court case and were awarded almost $1,000, but that won’t bring back their lost memories.  As for the videographer?  He’s since filed for bankruptcy.
