Well, another day, another set of naked celebrity pictures, although this time it’s a bit different in that it’s a male celebrity who has been “exposed”.
Naked pics of Dallas Cowboys TE Martellus Bennett have surfaced on the web, mere days after the former second round pick injured his ankle.
The nude photos have been posted over at MediaTakeout.
It seems Bennett cheated on his girlfriend so she thought she would get even by leaking the naked pictures online for the entire world to see.
Bennett has apologized for the leak, stating the following in a prepared statement:
“These pictures were taken four years ago and placed on the Internet recently without my knowledge or consent. I understand that they are totally inappropriate. And for that I am sorry. I regret the embarrassment that it has caused the organization.”
Stephen Jones, team executive vice president, said he is aware of the photos but hasn’t seen them and declined comment about them specifically.
“We discussed this matter today with Martellus and will address it further on an internal basis,” said Cowboys VP of communications Rich Dalrymple.
