Hugh Hefner’s son, Marston Hefner, was arrested over the weekend for allegedly assaulting Playboy Playmate Claire Sinclair.
Police in Pasadena, California, said in a statement that officers were dispatched to a home in the city around 10 p.m. PST after getting a call of a suspected domestic violence battery.
“The investigation revealed sufficient probable cause to warrant the arrest of Marston Hefner for domestic violence battery on his 22-year-old live-in girlfriend,” the statement read. “The victim sustained minor injuries. The victim was issued an Emergency Restraining Order. Marston Hefner was booked in the Pasadena Jail and bonded out on February 13, 2012, at 2:00 a.m. after posting a $20,000 bail.”
Sinclair was Playboy’s 2011 Playmate of the Year. Marston Hefner is set to appear in court on March 14 to face domestic battery charges.
Sinclair is said to be seeking a temporary restraining order against him. The former Playmate, who bills herself as a pinup on her official website, said she doesn’t want to press charges in the incident, despite the restraining order.

Marston Hefner’s and Cooper Hefner’s mother is Kimberley Conrad, a former 1988 Playmate of the Year who was married to The Hef from 1989 to 2010. She was Hugh Hefner’s second wife.
Hugh Hefner also a 59-year-old daughter, Christie, and a 56-year-old son, David, with first wife Mildred Williams.
