F My Life: It's Funny, It's True, Except When It Happens to You

If you are a huge fan of LOST on ABC like I am, then be forewarned.  President Obama speaks live at 8pm on Wednesday night.  He should wrap up in plenty of time for this week's LOST episode but I would set your DVR to go a little long, just in case.

This week, we're proud to present not one but THREE preview clips for this week.

SPOILER ALERT - STOP HERE - FINAL WARNING

In this week's episode, we get some bad news followed by some even worse news.

In our first preview clip we learn that, according to Daniel, Jack and company were NOT supposed to come back to the island, contrary to popular belief.  Talk about wasting a trip!

In our second clip, we also learn that everyone is also about to die.  Very bad news.

Finally, our third clip shows us a little more mush between Juliette and Sawyer.  When are we going to see more resolution of the Juliette, Sawyer, Kate, Jack love quadrangle?

Stay tuned for a big Sawyer / Kate bombshell in the two-part season finale when we get to go back and visit our LOSTies as children.  Good times for sure....
