F My Life: It's Funny, It's True, Except When It Happens to You
Live Nation's clunky website was apparently not strong enough to withstand the wave of Phish traffic that hit it this morning.
While no one is a big Ticketmaster fan, at least they know how to sell tickets to a big show.
Tickets for most of Phish’s summer tour went on sale this morning. Livenation.com began offering the Phish tickets at 10AM EST for Jones Beach, Camden, Burgettstown and Deer Creek ducats. Asheville goes onsale at 10AM through ticketmaster.com and the remaining tickets for the Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis at 11AM EST through metrotix.com.
The Live Nation Phish traffic was so heavy, the site only lasted a few minutes before reports started coming in that the website had crashed.
