Here’s an interesting video. A little girl made did simple science experiment for her school.
She took a store-bought sweet potato, put in water, and waited to see how long it would take for it to grow vines.
Strangely, the vines never grew.
She went back to the grocery store and the manager told her that the potato is sprayed with a chemical called Bud Nip, so it would never grow vines.
He told her to try her experiment again with one of their organic sweet potatoes.
The organic potato then grew vines.
So, the question is, which potato would you want to feed to your kids?
