Lindsay Lohan just wrapped up a scathing probation hearing, one in which Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked LiLo’s probation, had her put in handcuffs, and set a hearing for November 2.
Lohan is now facing up to 18 months in jail.
Judge Sautner said LiLo was 100 percent responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.
It seems Lohan showed up for her probation work ONE time, and only stayed for about an hour. She blew it off another nine times after that.
The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation scoffed at the part of her Probation Report where Lindsay told the probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.”
The judge also said she doubted whether Lindsay was attending sessions with her psychiatrist once a week, as Sautner had required.
The judge could barely contain her contempt for the probation department, which had given Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the probation department had no right to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for those hours.
Before Lohan was led away in handcuffs, the judge said LiLo must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing.
