Lindsay Lohan 20111102Lindsay Lohan has been slapped with a $93K tax lien. The federal government says LiLo never paid her 2009 income tax and it’s finally time to pay the piper.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles, the Internal Revenue Service has obtained a lien against Lohan for $93,701 for failure to pay her income tax.

If Lohan doesn’t pay up, the government can go after anything that’s hers, including homes, automobiles, and bank accounts.

Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig says the actress’ financial matters are no one’s business but her own.

Meanwhile, a paparazzo has filed a lawsuit against LiLo claiming he was badly injured when the car in which Lohan was riding attempted to make a quick getaway from a Hollywood club two years ago.

Grigor Balyan was taking photos of Lohan on January 10, 2010 when the accident took place.

According to Balyan’s attorney Neil Steiner, Lindsay is being sued because her assistant was the one driving the vehicle in her direction.

Steiner says his client was medically treated for orthopedic and neurologic injuries.

Steiner says he attempted to settle with LiLo’s insurance company but they made “an insignificant offer.”

Honig says he hasn’t seen the specifics on the case but says the paparazzi of invade Lindsay Lohan’s privacy on a daily basis.

The actress is still serving morgue duty to comply with her probation in two misdemeanor cases.
