Lil Wayne now knows then his one-year prison sentence will be begin.
Wayne (A.K.A. Dwayne Carter), 27, was presented with the charges following an incident 2 years ago where a loaded gun was found in his tour bus.
He will begin his sentence on February 9th, just one week after his new album hits stores.
Wayne remained totally silent during his brief court appearance in Manhattan State court today. There are no details yet as to where Wayne will serve his time.
