The fur is flying in the IM world this week.  Hope you can keep up.

First, the most popular auto-posting Craigslist software is being sued by CL.  Yep, EasyAdSuite is being sued.  Looks like they are mostly shut down at this point as per this post on their main site.  We knew it wasn't far behind after seeing this post on the EasyAd blog.

Next up, Classmates.com is getting sued for their constant use of the old "Hey, your former classmate is trying to contact you" scam.  Unsuspecting new members would pay the $15 sign-up fee, only to learn that they had been scammed.

The company claims to have 40 million registered users, some of whom pay $15 every three months to be able to send and receive messages. The site's billing practices are complained about nearly daily on ConsumerAffairs.com.

I'm hearing rumblings that there may be more lawsuits to come surrounding other popular sites.  Stay tuned.  Business is about to pick up.
