The American Idol Season 9 Top 8 girls took the stage last night for a spot in the final 12.
Lacey Brown sang Brandi Carlile‘s “The Story”.
Randy Jackson said it was Lacey’s best performance in a while but also thought it was “sleepy” and “boring.” Kara DioGuardi loved it and praised her song choice. Simon Cowell said it was a good performance when compared to her previous performances, which were horrendous.
