Kim Kardashian poses naked and un-airbrushed in new issue Harper’s Bazaar. The feature piece is on celebrities and body image.
Kardashian says she is comfortable with her entire figure, even if the rest of the world seems to focus only on her backside, which she attributes to genetics.
“I don’t get why everyone is always going on about my butt. I’m Armenian. It’s normal,” she says. “My butt is probably not as big as you might think, because I have small legs and a small waist, which makes it appear bigger.”
Kardashian is used to posing naked, although she does think that her 2007 Playboy spread wasn’t a very good idea. “I’m sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable,” she admitted.
She says that going nude for Harper’s was “very liberating,” adding that she hopes to be a spokesperson of sorts for “curvy” girls. “I think the message is embrace your curves and who you are. I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, ‘I’m curvy, and I’m proud of it now.’”
