Kelly Clarkson has miraculously shed a few curves in her cover photo for Self magazine. She appears on the September cover of the magazine’s “total body confidence issue,” ironically enough.
Self magazine’s editor-in-chief has admitted to airbrushing the first American Idol winner, but defends the magazine’s actions, arguing, “Our picture shows her confidence and beauty.”
Kelly Clarkson herself has no problem with the touch-up:
“When people talk about my weight, I’m like, ‘You seem to have a problem with it; I don’t…I’m fine! I’ve never felt uncomfortable on the red carpet or anything.”
We agree. Kelly looked bootylicious before. Why cover it up?
