Keifer Sutherland has been arrested and charged in association withthe head-butting incident we told you about on Tuesday.
Sutherland has been charged with misdemeanor assault and must appear before a judge in about a month. Things could get ugly quickly, as L.A. prosecutors are planning to check with New York investigators as to whether or not this incident violated Sutherland’s probation for a previous drink driving conviction.
