A while back, Google launched Tasks for Gmail, in an effort to improve upon good old pen & paper.

As they are quick to point out, pen & paper is actually pretty hard to improve upon.  It's portable, can easily be edited, and works offline.

It's not a very good organizational system, however, in that all those little scraps of paper have to end up SOMEWHERE - usually in a big pile on your desk or in the recycle bin.  Also, if you change your clothes and forget your piece of paper, you are S.O.L.  Same if you happen to run it through the laundry.

Well, here is some good news.  You can now access your Gmail Tasks right on your mobile phone.  Ahhhh.

Just go to "gmail.com/tasks" in your mobile browser and log in. If you have a Google Apps account, you can go to "mail.google.com/tasks/a/your-domain", replacing your-domain with your actual domain name.

On most phones, you can view tasks, add tasks, and mark them as completed. The changes are automatically reflected in Gmail. If you have an iPhone or an Android-powered device, you can also add, edit, and delete entire lists as well.

There is also now a new gadget version of Tasks too - so be sure to check it out.  There is more info in the video below...
