Is Kanye West getting ready to break into the world of high fashion? It would seem so.
Despite the negative feedback West received for his womenswear collection that debuted in Paris in October, the heels he created in collaboration with famed designer Giuseppe Zanotti have been picked up by Colette.
The exclusive Parisian boutique will be releasing the Kanye West heels this spring.
Colette recently tweeted a picture of the new pumps, and they certainly seem to make a statement (ie: “I’m rich, so I can afford these”).
Today, Colette tweeted:
“Giuseppe Zanotti for KW @kanyewest available @coletteparis.”
While the price tag for the Kanye West heels has not yet been announced, some are guessing that the shoes could cost upwards of $1,800…yes, for shoes.
