The judge in the Jon & Kate Gosselin hearing seems to be pretty fed up with all their petty bickering.
He didn’t actually make a ruling on any of their epic issues in court on Tuesday morning, instead ordering the troubled duo to work it out with their arbiter. The judge did say that he would agree with whatever decision the arbiter makes, provided that the decision is in the best interest of the children.
The judge also stated that any money that had been taken from their bank accounts improperly should be returned. The judge also chided the couple, asking them to keep this matter “amicable” and “private.”

The Gosselins are due back in court on October 26th.
