Jon Gosselin has reportedly wiped nearly all of the money out of a bank account that he and Kate own jointly, leaving her with only $1,000. Reports indicate that Jon withdrew over $200,000 from the account.
Kate Gosselin is not taking this lying down. She has just hired a top-notch lawyer, Marty Singer, to take Jon’s ego down a notch.
Singer is going to ask a judge to hold Jon Gosselin in contempt of court for draining the joint bank account.
It seems there is an existing court order forbidding Jon or Kate to withdraw any money from the account without joint consent.
Kate’s attorneys will head to a Pennsylvania court on Monday and argue that Jon has blatantly violated that order and that he should be forced to put the money back into the bank account and be held in contempt.
Didn’t Jon just recently go on “Larry King” and claim that he wanted to save his marriage? What is this guy smoking?
