Monday night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, our host dressed up as Billy Ray Cyrus and made his own rap video.

Somehow, Fallon actually managed to make fun of Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus and Twitter all at the same time.  Nice...
