jim nantz wife lorrie Jim Nantz Wife to Get $916,000 per YearA judge in Connecticut has ruled that CBS sportscaster Jim Nantz must pay his ex-wife $916,000 per year in alimony and child support payments.

The ruling comes after Nantz and his ex-wife, Lorrie Nantz, testified about the deterioration of their 26-year marriage. Bridgeport Superior Court Judge Howard Owens concluded that neither party was at fault.

Although Nantz, 50, acknowledged that he had been dating a 29-year-old woman before the divorce was final, the judge concluded the marriage deteriorated years prior and "this remote event in no way contributed to the breakdown of the marriage."

Jim Nantz must pay his ex-wife $72,000 monthly in alimony until he dies or until his ex-wife remarries. He must also fork over another $1,000 per week in child support for their 15-year-old daughter, Caroline Nantz, for the next two years.

Lorrie Nantz was also awarded their six-bedroom home in Westport.

Official court documents noted Jim Nantz's $3.2 million salary from CBS and other yearly assets.
