A judge in California has granted Jennifer Lopez a temporary restraining order prohibiting her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, from selling or distributing some sexy home videos from their honeymoon and short-lived marriage.

J-Lo says Noa is attempting to exploit her with the footage as well as a proposed film he is making about his life, titled “The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.”

The footage reportedly shows Noa spanking Lopez, along with clips of the singer wearing skimpy lingerie. There is also some footage of Lopez involved in a heated argument with her mother.

Noa, 34, represented himself in court and insisted that the home videos included nothing sexual and would be used to develop characters for the film. He added that he had no intention of selling it. He called the film he’s making a ‘Borat’-typee mockumentary about his life as an immigrant.

“I’m not making any money from these videos,” he said following the ruling. “This is about having a closure. It’s my story.”

The judge, however,  agreed that he was trying to profit at the expense of his ex-wife, who filed a $10 million lawsuit against Noa on Friday alleging he broke a confidentiality agreement they had signed previously.
