Jeff Hardy Leaving WWE

Believe it or not, Jeff Hardy is leaving the WWE. The big announcement is set to be made on RAW this Monday.

After losing the big steel cage match vs. CM Punk on SmackDown last Friday, Hardy has decided to throw in the towel. That match was a loser-leaves-the-WWE match.

After the match, Hardy addressed the fans.

"When the time is right, I‘ll see you again."

Leaving the door open for a return, Hardy is expected to take an extended break from the pro wrestling circuit to pursue other career opportunities.

According to many reports, Hardy has spoken with wrestlers backstage about being burned out, and that is believed to be the key factor in his decision.

There were also reports of Hardy shopping a new reality television series to a few networks, including MTV. Details of the reality series never leaked.

WWE is upset upset about Jeff Hardy leaving. They are willing to let him come back, however, as long as he doesn't go to TNA Wrestling, WWE's number one competitor.
