Jaime Edmondson: From Amazing Race to Playboy (PICTURES)

According to a Playboy magazine press release, former Amazing Race contestant Jaime Edmondson will be gracing the pages of the mag as Miss January 2010. Edmondson, who came in second place this past season along with her partner Cara Rosenthal, is a former police officer and cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins.

According to the press release, being featured in Playboy was always a childhood dream of hers. She grew up wanting to be “an undercover spy, the heavyweight champion of the world, or a Playboy playmate.”

Edmondson says “I never half-ass anything.”  After seeing the pictures below (click to enlarge) of the starlet posing in Las Vegas on on December 12, we would have to agree.
