Did you see it?  Last night on America’s Got Talent, little Jackie Evancho stole the show.

This amazing girl, who is just 10 years old, can sing!  Evancho was one of 12 acts who submitted auditions via YouTube, and she is clearly the heavy favorite to win.

Her voice sounds as though it belongs to a 30-year-old.  It was almost creepy watching her sing, it was so good.

Jackie started singing after her mom rented “Phantom of the Opera” about years ago and has never looked back. Her parents entered her in a talent competition where she finished second to a 20-year-old and beat out almost 200 other performers.

In fact, she’s already released one self-produced CD called, “Prelude to a Dream”.  She also sang the national anthem at the home opener for the Pittsburgh Pirates this year.

This little 5th-grader is scheduled to sing with Tim Janis at Carnegie Hall on December 2.
