Today, they are launching hi5 Games, a gaming center featuring arcade games, sports games, etc.
The popular social networking site hopes hi5 Games will become an important part of its monetization strategy. They also recently launched a form of virtual currency that allows users to purchase virtual gifts.
Users will eventually be able to utilize these “hi5 Coins” for other items like premium content, advanced gaming features and status upgrades.
Hi5 will also be testing out some new advertising options on hi5 Games.
