Yep.  Sure looks like it.

Search Engine Land has a great post on Ask.com and how they seem to be gaming Adwords.

Take a look at this ad, which pops up when you search on Google for New Hampshire hotels...

The ad states that you can “Book here & Save A Massive 50%”.  Oh really?  Note the site list...New-Hampshire.Hotels.Ask.com.

When you click on this ad, here is what you get...

Wow, look at all those ads at the top and bottom of that page.  I don't really see where that "Massive 50%" savings is that Ask.com is advertising on Adwords, but I'm pretty sure this violates Adwords' policy about discounts.

I would also bet that, one someone clicks on one of those ads on the Ask page, Ask.com MAKES more than they SPENT on the click to get you there.

Hey, Google...I want to do some arbitrage too.  Ask.com can do it, so why can't we?
