A total of nineteen cars and eight sport utility vehicles have earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety‘s Top Safety Pick award for 2010.

This award recognizes vehicles that do the best job of keeping passengers safe in front, side, rear, and rollover crashes based on good ratings in the institute’s tests.
