
Britney Spears has just released the video for her hit single “If U Seek Amy”.
Some conservatives want the song to be banned due to its “hidden meaning”.
“This may sound Yogi Berra-ish, but Britney’s song is a double-entendre with only one meaning. There is no misinterpreting the lyrics to this song, and it’s certainly not about a girl named Amy.”
This reminds me of a song I heard out in Colorado about ten years ago called “If You See Kay, Tell Her I Miss Her”. I wonder if that’s where Britney got the idea.
Have you figured it out yet? Say it quickly a few times. If U Seek Amy. You’re actually spelling something when you say it.
