Howard Stern Hits Twitter, Facebook and Blackberry

The King of All Media is now trying to live up to his title by diving into the worlds of technology and social media.

Howard Stern has made his decision on which tech gadget will reside on his hip and, while the iPhone was a runner-up, in the end he went with the Blackberry Bold.

He has also announced that Twitter and Facebook are now in the his tech arsenal.  He currently has over 5,000 followers on Twitter already.

Will Stern's endorsement of the Blackberry Bold help it put a dent in the iPhone?  The iPhone is such a wide-reaching phenomenon that it's hard to imagine anything dethroning it any time soon.

Still, every little inch that the Blackberry can gain has got to help their marketing efforts.

As for Twitter and Facebook, frankly, I'm surprised he didn't go there sooner.
