"See ya on another network, brotha'."
Here's a little publicity my favorite TV show didn't need.
An ABC employee named Chelsea Stone is suing ABC and 'Lost' star Henry Ian Cusick for sexual harassment.
Stone filed the lawsuit on Friday in L.A. In the suit, she claims that Henry Ian Cusick (A.K.A. Desmond Hume) fondled her buttocks and breasts and that he also kissed her late in 2007. Stone also says that she tried to report the abuse to ABC but was advised to simply stay away from Cusick. She was fired twelve days later.
Chelsea Stone had worked for ABC for twelve years.
The lawsuit does not specify how much she is seeking. Messages left for an ABC spokesman and Cusick's manager were not immediately returned.
ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages
