Has the “Toe Suck Fairy” Returned to Arkansas?

There’s having a foot fetish and then there’s assault. Police in Conway, Arkansas have received two complaints in the past week about a man who’s desperate to suck women’s toes, often against their will.

“We want him off the streets,” says Conway police spokeswoman LaTresha Woodruff.

Last weekend, 83-year-old Ruth Harris told police she was sitting in front of her apartment when a man came up to her and said he liked her feet. According to the police report, the then man took off her shoe and started sucking on one of her toes.

“The man then asked if he could kiss her and she had told him no and told him he was crazy,” the report stated.

The man took off once people began walking into the apartment complex’s courtyard.

Then, on Tuesday, police received another call from a woman who said that she had been shopping when she saw someone looking at her.

The man then told the woman that he had a foot fetish and that “her toes are so long and succulent” and he that wanted to suck on them. He went away when her cell phone rang.

She told police the man had “messed up toes.”

Strangely, the town of Conway has had this problem before.  In the ’90s, a man known as the “Toe Suck Fairy” worked his way through Conway and Little Rock.

That assailant, Michael Robert Wyatt, pretended to be a podiatrist so he could suck on a woman’s toes at a clothing store (why not hang out at a shoe store??).

He got probation, a fine, and court-ordered therapy – but his probation was revoked after he was arrested again in a different town on similar charges.

In 1991, the “Toe Suck Fairy” was convicted of making threats for telling a clerk at a local convenience store that he wanted to cut off her feet and suck on her toes while she bled to death.  Charming.

Wyatt got four years in prison, although he only served just over a year according to police.

Now, some twenty years later, has the “Toe Suck Fairy” returned to Arkansas to suck on the toes of the unsuspecting?  Only time will tell.

If it IS the same guy, he surely is a real heel!
