An interesting scene unfolded in New York yesterday, as a guy in a Ferrari got a parking ticket.
It didn’t end there, though.
As the police officer was writing the ticket, the Ferrari’s owner showed up and decided he didn’t really feel like getting a ticket.
He started his car and proceeded to creep forward, running over the cop’s foot in the process.
The understandably angry cop then opened the car door and slammed the driver to the ground, cuffed him, and arrested him.
The owner’s girlfriend, seen in the video below, is Stephanie Pratt from the MTV show The Hills.
So what, this guy can afford a Ferrari, but he can’t afford to pay a simple parking ticket? WTF?
