Gretchen Rossi, one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," is flipping out about some pictures of her that have been posted on TheDirty.com.  This site is so busy, it's been crashing throughout the day.

TheDirty.com somehow managed to get their hands on a camera containing photos of Gretchen Rossi.  In the first two 2 pictures published on the site, Rossi is sitting on the toilet. You can view those pics here...

The third picture shows Gretchen Rossi topless and having a little fun with herself.  TheDirty.com now says that more pictures of Gretchen Rossi could be on the way.

The website's editor, Nik, directed the following message toward Rossi: "You and I both know what pictures are next."

Gretchen Rossi has gotten the Costa Mesa Police Department to assist her in battling TheDirty.com.

You can view the letter that the CMPD sent to lawyers at TheDirty.com here.   The letter states that they're launching a formal investigation as to how TheDirty.com obtained the pictures, which are still up.
