Have you ever wanted to know if you have new Gmail messages without having to keep the window open all the time? For instance, you know that if you minimize the window, all you see in the "title" field is "Gmail - Inbo...".
Well, Gmail has just reordered their "title" tag so that the number of new message, if any, appears FIRST. Gmail Labs calls it Title Tweaks and you can turn it on from the Labs tab under Settings.
Once you activate it, the first thing you will see in your title bar will now be "Inbox (3) - Gma...".
See graphics below to see it visually. This is a very little thing but, to many, it will make a big difference...
