Glenn Beck is suffering the consequences from his racist comment indicating that President Barack Obama is a “racist.” Advertisers continue to distance themselves from his Fox News television show. The boycott is mostly led by ColorOfChange.org, an African-American political coalition.
Beck also said in a July TV appearance that President Obama has a “deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture.”
According to ColorofChange, the latest companies to pull out of Glenn Beck’s show include:
Airware Inc. (makers of Brez anti-snoring aids)
Ancestry.com
AT&T
Blaine Labs Inc.
Clorox
Ditech
The Elations Company
Experian (A.K.A. FreeCreditReport.com)
Lowe’s
NutriSystem
Sprint
The UPS Store
Verizon Wireless
Thus far, 160,000 ColorofChange members have united to bring awareness to Beck’s comments.
